Scope of these terms

These terms are intended to govern access to and use of the WattFund website and platform. By creating an account, a user would agree to use the platform in line with these terms.

What WattFund does and does not do

WattFund is a marketplace and workflow platform. It presents information supplied by project owners and facilitates structured contact between parties.

  • WattFund does not provide investment, tax, legal or financial advice.
  • WattFund does not make recommendations and does not manage, hold or transfer client money.
  • WattFund is not a party to any transaction agreed between users.
  • Information published about an opportunity originates from the project owner and is not a WattFund representation.

Account eligibility and conduct

Accounts are intended for business users acting in a professional capacity. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish and for keeping their access credentials secure.

Misuse of information obtained through the platform, including information received in a Deal Room, is not permitted.

Liability and changes

The platform is provided without warranty as to the completeness or accuracy of user-supplied content. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms may be updated as the platform develops. Material changes would be communicated to account holders.
