Enhance is an optional managed route for owners who want WattFund to help organise project information, identify gaps and move the project toward delivery or investment review. It is recommended in some cases, never required.

Possibly — it depends on location, power, usage, operator appetite and project economics. WattFund can help you describe the site and identify whether hosting, funding or a developer partnership is the realistic next step. There is no promise of free chargers or rental income.

The current public opportunity pages are illustrative examples of how projects are presented. They are not open investment offers. Live opportunities are introduced through the platform as they are reviewed and published.

Providers build a capability profile, review relevant project teasers, unlock fuller requirements where appropriate, and submit a structured proposal. Visibility follows stated capability — it is not a purchased-lead list.

Can WattFund support commercial heat pump projects?

Yes. WattFund can help progress commercial heat pump and other low-carbon heat projects — buildings, campuses and portfolios — through structured information, costing, delivery partners or capital conversations. It is not a domestic installer directory and it does not promise government grants.

What information does a heat pump project usually need?

Building heat demand, fabric and occupancy, electrical capacity, a system assessment, design and a delivery cost. Missing items should stay labelled as missing. WattFund helps get those facts into one place rather than inventing a specification.
